​The new owner of this Rosengrens Safe removed the lock in order to have new keys made so any old ones would no longer work. This is always sound advice. However as a result of removing the lock with the door in the open position, when the door was closed the live re-locker fired. Thus preventing the safe being opened.
We attended and dealt with the live re-locker and opened the safe. 
The lock can now be fitted and the safe put back into use.
